St. Mary Magdalene In Art

St. Mary Magdalene has inspired artists from the beginning, it would seem. She has been painted, sculptured, depicted in stained glass windows, more often than not showing her oft-mentioned hair being either red or blonde with a reddish hue. For your enjoyment, we collected some of her depictions in this gallery.
