The Jumbo 23″ Seven-Fall Disciplina (Jumbo Size = 3/8″ cordage) has a thick grip (1.7″ in diameter) and medium length falls. Together they add up to a total of 23″ in length. Knots in 3/8″ sisal are quite substantial and hit with somewhat of a thump, which is decidedly different from the Standard Size Disciplinas.
